Hook-and-loop backing for removable patches
The hook side is attached to the patch and fastens to a matching loop surface on a garment or piece of equipment. This lets you remove or swap a patch when needed. Check that the item already has a compatible loop panel, or tell us if you need the panel supplied as part of the setup so we can confirm what is available.
Choose a material for your design
Custom Velcro patches can be made in selected embroidered, woven and PVC styles. Embroidery gives bold logos a stitched texture, woven construction can suit finer lines and lettering, and PVC forms a flexible surface for defined shapes or raised layers. The artwork and intended conditions help determine which construction is suitable.
Plan size, text and attachment
Measure the area where the patch will sit and consider how much wording must remain readable. Send the garment or equipment type, dimensions, quantity and preferred patch shape with your request. Tell us whether you need hook backing, loop backing or a matching panel; compatibility and backing availability depend on the item and patch material.
Approve artwork before production
Share a clear image or vector file and we will prepare a free digital proof to review. Check the spelling, colours, outline and dimensions before approval.
